I am a fully qualified and accredited Psychotherapist holding an MA in Integrative and Humanistic Psychotherapy from SETU and the Tivoli Institute, as well as an IACP accredited Professional Diploma in Adolescent Psychotherapy. Additionally, I have completed specialised training in areas such as the treatment of Eating Disorders, Neurodiverse-informed psychotherapy for adolescents, and the treatment of process addictions.
I practice psychodynamic therapy through a relational lens. This means that, together, we will explore how your past experiences, relationships, and unconscious patterns may be shaping your present life. My aim is to offer a safe, compassionate space where you can freely examine what’s on your mind without fear of judgment or pressure to "have it all figured out."
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent nearly two decades working in the arts and education sectors, leading creative communities and working closely with individuals navigating their own growth, expression, and self-doubt. This background deeply informs my therapeutic approach—I understand the importance of having environments where you can safely explore who you are, experiment, and connect with your own inner resources.
As a fully qualified secondary-school teacher, I believe my experience working with adolescents in this setting provides me with unique insights that I bring to my work in adolescent psychotherapy.
In therapy, I work with individuals who feel stuck, disconnected, or are grappling with significant questions around identity, freedom, meaning, and authenticity. I’m particularly interested in how we make sense of our place in the world, navigate personal responsibility, and start living in alignment with who we truly are.
Psychotherapy, whether it’s adolescent psychotherapy or adult psychotherapy, isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about getting curious, building insight, and fostering emotional connections that can lead to real, lasting change.
If you're looking for a space to slow down, reflect, and explore your life at a deeper level, I’d love to meet you.
